New API

Tuesday, September 4th, 2018 4:13 PM

We've just released the first version of a web API for Quasar that will allow software developers to integrate Quasar statistics into third-party or in-house applications.

So what does that mean for you? For Quasar users, if you're using other services or software to monitor and track statistics or reports about your staff, there's now an easy, well-documented way to export and synchronize your Quasar call evaluations. And, if you're a software developer, either creating apps for the TAS industry or creating in-house tools for your team, there's now a no-sweat method for you to pull call evaluation data from Quasar for use in custom reports, or for integrating with your own dashboards or agent management suites.

Quasar users can get their ID and API token at https://callscores.com/api, and you can review the documentation by clicking here.

In moving forward, having a standardized, AJAX-ready API was the first step towards a lot of features we hope to see in the future. New reports can be created more quickly, and features like more granular access controls will be easier to implement. The improved interoperability will also provide the opportunity for tighter integration with other platforms.
