You Can Edit Calls

Monday, January 2nd, 2017 9:51 AM

The new year is a time for looking to the future, but also looking to our past to see what we can learn from our mistakes. I can't help with that, but from now on, if one of your mistakes is making an error grading a call, your lesson won't be quite so taxing.

Today we've launched a new version of Quasar that lays the framework for many features users have requested, one of the most significant being the ability to edit call evaluations once they've been saved.

We've also officially released our random call selector for the Startel soft switch voice logger, that will allow you to randomly select calls and associate the log file with the evaluation in Quasar, giving you and your agents the ability to listen to the associated call with a single click.

If you're utilizing any of the older criteria options (specifically, the old Dynamic Agent Holds or Courtesy Bar options, or the default criteria from prior to 2013) you'll have to make a few adjustments before you're able to use the newest features. Don't hesitate to contact support if you need any help.
